Everyone wants a flat, even, firm stomach, but few succeed. Pregnancies,
weight gain and weight loss can leave a woman's belly stretched,
scarred, loose and out of shape. Many men also suffer with unsightly
fat around the stomach and waist. In either case, even a strenuous
exercise program may not solve the problem. But, there is a solution.
Body contouring is the surgical alteration of the body's shape or
form. Several procedures allow us to improve body contour and give
our patient's excellent results.
Liposuction
Liposuction, also known as lipoplasty, is the surgical removal of
excess fat from areas that are often resistant to diet and exercise,
including the hips, thighs, abdomen and neck. Other common sites
include the arms, knees, calves and ankles. Fat that is removed
does not grow back.

Abdominal Skin Tuck
If you have lost a lot of weight, you may have excess skin on your
abdomen. Tucking techniques can be used to remove excess skin and
to smooth your stomach.
Tummy Tuck
Abdominoplasty, more commonly known as a tummy tuck,
removes excess skin and fat from the abdominal area. The procedure
can also addresses problems with the underlying musculature to give
you a flatter, firmer, tighter stomach and thinner waist as well.
A full "tummy tuck" is reserved for patients who are no
longer child bearing.
